Our skilled and approachable recruiting team meticulously evaluates all candidates. Our recruitment process involves:

 

Screening Candidates – Once a candidate is identified, the recruiter examines their
resume and conducts phone screening to assess professionalism, maturity and a positive attitude.

 

Testing and Paperwork – Prior to the interview, candidates undergo assessment testing on their industry specific talent through our on-line testing software. They also complete a general application, supplemental questionnaires, and necessary pre-hire paperwork. They receive written details about All-U-Need Personnel's working policies and signing a confidentiality agreement.

 

Interviewing – This is the critical stage of our process, where each applicant is thoroughly interviewed in person or via video.

 

References – All-U-Need Personnel contacts past employment references to ensure that potential candidates have the relevant past performance experience as their resume states. All-U-Need Personnel confirms that each reference check is valid with a written signature from a previous supervisor or manager.
