Together with her husband, Hussein Ali, Vanessa turned her experience from working for various local staffing agencies into a successful woman-owned staffing business. Today, All-U-Need Personnel proudly serves hundreds of clients and places numerous employees across the Washington Metropolitan and national regions, establishing itself as a leader in the staffing industry.

Vanessa E. Gentry-Ali
Vanessa E. Gentry-Ali, president and CEO of All-U-Need Personnel, has more than thirty years of experience in the temporary staffing industry working with federal government and private corporations nationwide.
Vanessa began her entrepreneurial career by founding All-U-Need Personnel in June 1995. Combining her background in Human Resources with her executive and administrative experience, she became, in effect, her first “temp” for the U.S. Department of Commerce. In no time at all, Vanessa was inundated with requests for more “Vanessas” from former employers. Working from one subleased office space, Vanessa recruited professional administrators like herself throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. She enjoys working with people and helping them to reach their career goals. All-U-Need Personnel provides its clients and employees with dedication and adherence to high standards of service.
Vanessa runs a highly successful staffing agency which generates millions of dollars in revenues and finds employment for hundreds of applicants annually. Vanessa Ali has received numerous awards from the Small Business Administration and many other organizations who praise her for superior community service and for her innovative
